Playing at Jaxon's House

My kids LOVE playing at Jaxon's house. He has a whole room dedicated to large toys. When we're in Kennewick, my kids beg to play there. When we're at home, my kids talk about all of Jaxon's toys. Why is Jaxon's house so great?

First of all, Jaxon has a ball pit/pool
