Gifts for the KidsThe night before he left, Alex gave each of his nieces and nephews one of his old sports trophies.
They loved their trophies!
Family PicturesWe took some late-night family pictures before Alex left.
We all waved Bye to Alex.
Brazil
Alex was off to the airport at a too-early-for-the-sun hour on Tuesday morning. His parents and siblings all sacrificed sleep to see him off.
Will, Bill, Cindy, Derrick, Elder McKay, and Beth
I hope they call me on a mission,Now that I've grown a foot or two!
Alex will be serving the people of Brazil for the next 2 years. He'll work hard to teach them the Gospel and help them find faith in our Savior Jesus Christ. We are SO PROUD of him.
