Bacon Caramel Biscuits

I saw these online a while back and finally made them today before General Conference.  You put caramel and bacon in muffin tins, then smash in the biscuits on top and bake them; I used refrigerated biscuits.  Turn out onto a cookie sheet to catch all the dripping caramel, and add more caramel if desired.  We loved these for the first few biscuits.  But then we kept eating them as we got more and more full, so they lost some appeal.  I would make them again, but restrict my portion.
